I consider that ideal teenage citizen should : 1)He should speak English perfectly and know the native language well.
An ideal teenage citizen knows about the rights and responsibilities and always follows them.
He should be interested in politics and know what happens in the country.
He should participate in the organizations which protect the environment against chemical wastes. The ideal teenage citizen should participate in gardening of cities.
Thus he should be the active citizen of the country.
