Downton Abbey Downton Abbey is a British period drama television series created by Julian Fellowes . The series, set in the fictional Yorkshire country estate of Downton Abbey, shows the lives of the aristocratic Crawley family and their servants in the post-Edwardian era — with the great events in history having an effect on their lives and on the British social hierarchy.

Ripper street Ripper Street is a BBC mini-series set in Whitechapel in London's East End in 1889, six months after the infamous Jack the Ripper murders. The series stars Matthew Macfadyen, Jerome Flynn and Adam Rothenberg. 

Skins Skins is a British teen drama that follows the lives of a group of teenagers in Bristol, South West England, through the two years of sixth form.
